I started therapy about 7 weeks ago and it has been life changing. Dr Kimberly provided a positive and safe space for me. This made it so easy to open up and discuss difficult topics. I felt supported and understood. Dr Kimberly was an active listener and provided me with tools and copying mechanisms that have been useful. Each week after our session I felt light, took on accountability for my life, and have a clear thoughts. I have made meditation and grounding apart of my life style. This was one of the best decisions I have made and it has helped my life tremendously.

During my coaching journey, I learned so much about myself, my womb, and my overall healing. I was able to go deeper with my thoughts and finally express feelings and experiences I had been suppressing. I became more aware of my childhood triggers and how they’ve shaped me, and I now understand the importance of going within to self-regulate and grow. This experience taught me that I can put myself first while still showing up for others, and that daily practices like meditation and mindfulness are key to regulating my nervous system. I also realized how deeply connected we are from the very beginning even in the womb and that emotions and energy can be passed down. With this awareness, I am choosing to be more intentional with my womb, my chakra system, and my healing overall.

My experience with Kimberly was valuable and most rewarding. I had several breakthroughs that helped me take full accountability for my actions; I thought I was a victim for years. It feels good to free yourself and forgive. Kimberly Is very professional, knowledgeable, and insightful.

I learned that I’m able to do and become much more than I can imagine. That the power lies within me & that I have the power to activate it. That my past don’t define my future. That I have had to make ME a priority. That I have to love me & all my imperfections. That I have the power to change. That I must create harmony for inner peace. That I have to express me without the fear of hurting others. I’ve learned that communication is vital and yes that I have made mistakes and that I’m able to hear them without getting defensive. That it’s okay to want more. I’ve gained not only a hairstylist/coach but a friend. In the beginning I didn’t know what to expect I knew that this person seemed to have some valuable insight and I wanted to know more. I feared about the money, but I knew if this experience was for me, that the money would be there. I’m not where I was and I’m not totally where I need to be, but surely through conscious awakening growth has taken place. I will continue to move forward. This coaching experience will forever be embedded in me
